Protect Your Wedding Dress for a Lifetime

Your wedding dress is more than just a gown — it’s a memory of one of the most important days of your life. After the celebration, your dress has endured a full day of dancing, photos, and excitement, leaving it vulnerable to hidden stains, oils, perspiration, and even champagne or cake spills. Without proper care, these elements can oxidize, causing yellowing, permanent creases, mold, or mildew. Preserving your gown is not just a luxury—it’s essential to ensure it remains as flawless as the day you said, “I do.”

Why Preservation is Essential

Even the most careful bride can’t avoid the invisible wear and tear of the wedding day. Preservation uses specialized cleaning and packaging methods to protect your gown from damage over time. This process safeguards your gown so it can be cherished for generations, handed down, or kept as a lasting memento.

The Process

Your gown is carefully cleaned using the safest, gentlest methods, then fitted on an acid-free form and packed in an acid-neutral preservation chest. Shoulder and bust pads are removed and placed beneath the gown to prevent damage. Up to 95% of common stains are removed — including perspiration, wine, food, mud, and sugar from cake or beverages. Accessories are packed with your gown, and you’ll be able to view your dress and veil in the kit’s display window. A 100-year guarantee is included against yellowing or caramelized sugar stains. If these occur, we’ll reprocess your gown at no cost!

Tip: Avoid storing your gown in an attic, garage or basement.
