Tell us about your experience at Wonderland Bridal: I was anxious about dress shopping being a curvier girl. I was trying to put it off as long as I could. Walking into Wonderland Bridal and learning they had dresses in my size to try on, instantly made me feel at ease. I told Alex the dresses I saw online and was adamant that I wanted a plain dress no bling, no beading nothing. After trying on a few and being not too sure of them, Alex asked to pick one out for me that wasn’t part of my list. The dress she picked was everything I wasn’t looking for in a dress. But I trusted her and tried it on. As soon as I saw myself, I knew it was the one. I’m thankful for her listening ear and making me feel comfortable and also her expertise that helped me find the perfect dress for my day. Every time I had to go to the store for measurements and fitting, it was always a pleasure and so nice talking with whoever was there that day.

Tell us about your wedding!: We decided on doing a destination wedding in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Instead of getting married on the beach, we went with the hotel’s large fountain side gazebo that would also fit all our guests. The day of the wedding, we had some good luck sun showers that ended with enough time for everything to dry for our outdoor wedding. We got married as the sun was beginning to set and then had our reception poolside facing the beach. It was an amazing day filled with all our loved ones.
